Notes, tasks, drawings, imported images, links, saved snapshots and preferences are stored in this browser on this device. The application does not upload your workspace to a Noterune server or automatically sync it between devices. Anyone with access to your browser profile may be able to open your notes.
Browser storage and offline files
Noterune uses localStorage for your workspace, preferences and guide status. A service worker caches application files for offline use. The application does not set tracking cookies and contains no analytics or advertising scripts. Your hosting provider may have separate practices, described below.
Images, imports and exports
Selected images and JSON imports are processed in your browser. Exported JSON files contain workspace data, including saved content. Noterune does not encrypt exported files. Keep backups private and share them only with people you choose.
Reporting an issue
The support page shows our email address and a copy button. It does not send messages. You choose whether to write and send an email using your email service. The recipient is [email protected]. Your address, message and chosen attachments become correspondence available to the recipient and processed by email providers. The application does not automatically attach notes, screenshots, logs or device information. Avoid sending passwords or private workspace exports.
Hosting and external links
Loading the published website sends ordinary web requests to its hosting provider. Requests can include an IP address, browser information, requested URL and time. Logging, retention and processing locations depend on the deployed hosting configuration. External websites and email services have their own data practices.
Keeping and deleting data
Workspace data has no automatic expiry in the application. It remains until changed, cleared or removed by the browser. To remove local data completely, close Noterune tabs and clear this website’s site data in browser settings. This also removes offline files. Reset workspace replaces content with the demo and keeps settings; it is not complete browser-data deletion. Delete exported files separately. Clearing local data does not delete emails already sent.
Privacy questions
Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or a request concerning support correspondence. Identify the relevant message without including unrelated sensitive information. The application cannot recover local notes after browser data is lost or cleared.
Scope and updates
This policy describes the current application. Before adding analytics, advertising, accounts, cloud storage or other processing, this notice should be updated to reflect the actual service. This release is prepared for Cloudflare Pages. Technical data handling also depends on the site owner’s Cloudflare settings and Cloudflare’s applicable policies.
